Organised by the Greater Bay Area International Clinical Trial Institute (GBAICTI), the CARE Summit: Clinical Advancement and Research Excellence Summit 2026 is envisioned as a flagship Asia-Pacific platform that advances clinical research excellence and innovation by connecting Hong Kong, the Greater Bay Area (GBA), and the global research community.
The conference will bring together leaders from governments, academia, healthcare institutions, industry and regulatory authorities to explore the future of clinical trials, foster cross-border collaboration, promote knowledge exchange, and demonstrate how an integrated research ecosystem, regulatory innovation, and strategic partnerships can accelerate the development and translation of healthcare innovations.

About the Organiser
The Greater Bay Area International Clinical Trial Institute (GBAICTI) was established in 2024 by the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Government. It is a key institution dedicated to developing a thriving ecosystem for clinical research and biomedical innovation, translation and development in Hong Kong and the GBA.
Located in the Hong Kong Park of the Hetao Shenzhen–Hong Kong Science and Technology Innovation Co-operation Zone, GBAICTI serves as a powerhouse for clinical trials in Hong Kong and the GBA, and plays a pivotal role in facilitating cross-border clinical trials and strengthening Hong Kong and the GBA’s position as a regional hub for clinical research.
